Another Round ★★★☆☆

Another Round was less about a drinking “experiment” than I had hoped, less about actually testing the premise that we can benefit from being slightly drunk all the time. Instead, it turned out to be just a pretentious pretext that four aging guys cooked up for treating their mid-life crises with booze, just somewhat cautiously at first.

But good performances and good script, nicely balanced between the glorification and demonization of booze.

And it was fun watching Mads dance and frolic. That’s right: frolicking Mads Mikkelsen.
