I have the gift of touch

Amusingly arrogant email from a massage therapist, provoked by something I wrote about massage: “[unclear wordy criticism]…I have the gift of touch…Come see me…It will cost you.” Someone actually wrote that to me. And it’s hardly the first time. What does that say about a profession?
